• We know you're excited to receive your chicks! If possible, please video the initial unboxing of your chicks to help us expedite any replacements if any need to be made. Unfortunately, not all chicks make the trip successfully 100% of the time, although we do our best to ensure that they do.

• There is a $25 fee for order cancellations. No order can be canceled within 72 hours of shipping date

• We've all heard the phrase "don't count your eggs before they hatch". We prepare a lot to ensure that all orders are hatched and shipped on time. However, a chance is possible that something unplanned could happen which would result in orders being delayed. In that situation, we notify the customer immediately and offer replacements, to ship their order at a later date or a full refund with our apologies.

• Lastly - please review our "Caring For New Chicks" e-pamphlet attached to your order confirmation email. This will help with getting your chicks off to a great start!
